Designed by nurses specifically for nurses and health care professionals, this four hour class will introduce you to this form of energy therapy to enhance your nursing care and your patient's healing journey. Materials and snack provided.

This six hour session includes discussion of Reiki, its history, principles, and energy fields. You will learn and practice hand positions for healing self and others. You will participate in energy awareness exercises, guided meditation, and receive the Reiki Level One attunements. Materials and light lunch provided.
